A new Civil Service Sports Council Rule change means that existing CSSC members can now have up to SIX friends or family as Linked Members. After a year of membership Linked Members can then themselves have up to six linked members.

This means not only that family and friends can join the Civil Service Sailing Association and ECYD, they can do so free.
