Freyja is on Pontoon 10 berth 48.

The Marina Plan above is available in hard copy from the Marina Office at the North West end of the Marina. This is a 10-minute walk from the Berth. The Office is open from 0800 to 2000, 7 days a week.
There is a toilet block, with showers, and a separate laundry facility within 5 minutes of the Berth. Cleaning times are ladies 1230 to 1400 and 1900 to 2000 and men’s are the slot before (although these times are flexed by Cleaners).
Laundry is €5 to wash and €4 to dry.
There is a small Bar (restaurant and café) in the Marina, just five minutes from the berth.
The Club has paid in advance for Berthing and Crews on Seatime, Club Cruises and Charters will pay the discounted boat rate of £20 per day for berthing on the nights of those events that Freyja is in the Marina. Berthing payments are made to the ECYC bank account. Be sure to indicate your name and the identification number of your event/cruise when paying ECYC.
Water and electricity service charges should be paid to the marina. These charges do not apply to training, maintenance or “accommodation only” events since ECYD will pay these.
To get the bill for these service charges skippers on Seatime, Club Cruises and Charters must inform the marina office when they arrive and depart from the Marina by email [marina@alcaidesa.com] by sending a photo of the meter readings (on the back of the berth 48 service bollard) and giving Freyja’s name. The skipper must visit the marina office and settle the bill before leaving. On departing the electricity and water will be disconnected until Freyja returns next crew arrive. Failure to do this could allow other boats to use these services and this could be charged to the Crew.
There is car parking on site charged at various rates, but motorcycles are free. Contact the Marina Office on 00 34 956 021 660 for more information. They speak English.
Marina cards are available from the Marina Office with a €10 refundable deposit. These are required to enter and exit the pontoon and to enter and exit the marina via a pedestrian gate from midnight to 0745 hours (although pedestrian access via the car park barriers is 24hrs). The marina has security and harbour police patrols, including at night, but the areas outside the pontoons can be accessed by the public and dubious characters have been observed in these areas.
We do not recommend bringing Freyja onto the reception pontoon by the Marina Office, as the harbour wall is rough finished concrete and has very widely spaced bollards (See Skippers Notes).
Fuel should be purchased from Gibraltar, given the considerable cost saving: Passport clearance is not required (See Skippers Notes for further guidance).
The bus station and airport terminal are both 20-30 minutes walking from the marina. Note that taxis cannot cross the Gibraltar border. A different taxi is required to and from border control but the airport terminal is only 5-7 minutes’ walk from the border post. Allow extra time for possible delays at the frontier if catching flights.
