EAST COAST YACHT DIVISION – AGM Calling Notice

The East Coast Yacht Division Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 18 November 2023 at Littleton Sailing Club, Littleton Lane, Shepperton, Surrey, TW17 0NF. starting at 11.30.

The Agenda will be published on the ECYD website by 23.59 hours on 4 November 2023.

The Agenda will include details of any Motions proposed together with Nominations received for posts on the club’s executive committee.

It is intended that members unable to travel to Littleton will be able to participate by Zoom.

A buffet lunch will be provided and members intending to be present in person will be asked to RSVP so that they can be catered for.
